Today we went to Longsight Market and bought some salmon fish heads. And here is the result...
And I can tell ya all... its delicious :D ... yum yum... salmon curry fish head... tangkap leleh...
When I was studying here a decade ago... you can get fish heads for free... hell... you can get chicken liver and 'tongkek' for free which I got like bucket loads as I was living on top of a halal meat shop. Now its 50 pence for a fish head and 2.50 quid/kg for chicken liver. Guess the Brits caught up with our craze for fish heads and chicken liver... nothing is free now days... sigh.
