The drama starts... wayang sudah bermula...

The following police report was made on 28 June 2008 at 5.45 PM by Mohd Saiful Bukhari bin Azlan, who turns 23 next week (i/c no 850706-01-5687):

"Saya Mohd Saiful Bukhari b Azlan ingin melaporkan bahawa saya telah diliwat oleh majikan saya. Perkara ini berlaku tanpa kerelaan saya. Kejadian terakhir berlaku 26/6/08 di Unit 1151, Kondominium Desa Damansara, Jln Setia Kasih, KL. Oleh itu, tujuan laporan ini dibuat untuk mendapat pembelaan dan keadilan keatas diri saya. Saya juga berasa bimbang dengan keselamatan diri dan keluarga saya jika perkara ini tersebar luas di khalayak ramai. Majikan saya Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim - Ketua Umum PKR."

Me comments... short and simple police report. With this police report I expect (if they charge Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim) there will be no more repeat of the previous circus with a lot of ammendments made to the charges. Last time they change of dates of the events like nobody business, now its clearly state here 26th June 2008. One of the reasons they change the dates is because the place where the event took place were not there in the first place... talk about shoddy investigation.

I say let police investigate... although most of us Malaysians would take this advice like a pinch of salt... tsk tsk tsk... cannot comment more on people's perception of the police. But a report has been made and thus the police will have to investigate... hopefully they do it professionally as I believe they always do (I saw you cringe ;) ).

Anwar has also responded... alleged in the Turkish Embassy... huh?... fearing for his safety. Can read his statements here.

Last time it was the driver... now it is the special assistant cum coffee boy... read here. This boy is now famous... and I don't want to make him more famous by posting his pictures in my blog... you can read about him in Rocky's Bru here... apparently he just got engaged last month. Also read jahilGoBlog and Riwayat Hayat. Some of the blogs has started demonizing this 23 year old chap... can't blame them. Some of the blogs also started demonizing DSAI as well... as in here, here, here and here... can't blame them as well.

But I am just curious... this chap has his picture taken with a friend who works for... Datuk Seri Najib... the Deputy Prime Minister. Najib again..? Anwar vs Najib again? Tsk... tsk... Pak Lah is grinning ;)

Woke up this morning and lo and behold, this news greets me. Taken from The Star:

Anwar denies sodomy claims

SHAH ALAM: Parti Keadilan Rakyat de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was left fighting for his political credibility, calling a press conference at 1.20am today to deny allegations that he sodomised his aide.

He described the allegations made by his aide in a police report lodged yesterday as a “total fabrication”.

Anwar's statement was read out by PKR vice-president Sivarasa Rasiah at the press conference at a hotel in Shah Alam.

The statement, which was also faxed to media offices, said: “The police report lodged against me today is a complete fabrication. I believe we are witnessing a repeat of the methods used against me in 1998 when false allegations were made under duress.”

Asked why Anwar was not at the press conference, Sivarasa said Anwar was very busy attending to “too many telephone calls.”

Earlier, a man claiming to be an aide of Anwar lodged a police report alleging sodomy by the PKR leader.

It is learnt that the man, in his 20s, lodged the report at a police beat base here at 5.45pm.

He is being treated at a hospital in Kuala Lumpur.

Sources said the man alleged that he was sexually assaulted last Thursday inside a luxury apartment in the city.

He also alleged that it was not the first time that Anwar had sexually assaulted him.

Sivarasa said the aide started working for PKR three months ago to help out in the general election.

City CID chief Senior Asst Comm II Ku Chin Wah confirmed that a report had been lodged but declined to give details.

Sources said police were waiting for the medical report from the hospital before proceeding with investigations.

They also said Anwar was expected to be called up by the police to have his statement recorded.

This is big news. The detractors of DSAI will definitely say that this is proof that he is a sodomite. DSAI supporters will say that this is a repeat of the 1998 fiasco which ends up with DSAI in jail. We will see what will transpires in the couple of days... I can assure you, more drama will unfold... only in Malaysia folks.

Hope we will not see the repeat of the 1998 fiasco... if you want to charge the guy... let it be believable... or else it looks like a circus as it did last time. And please.. no more 'mattress' as evidence... ;)

Hey Karpal... wassap..?

I haven't been blogging for a while... been busy with work and Euro 2008... no time for reading blogs and blogging. Only today I have the chance to read the newspaper... and I read this from the Star:

Give Dr M chance to defend himself, says Karpal

KUALA LUMPUR: Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad should be given every opportunity to defend himself over the allegations made by High Court Judge Datuk Ian Chin, said DAP chairman Karpal Singh.

In a statement, Karpal Singh said, according to Justice Chin, Dr Mahathir had threatened judges in 1997 to decide in favour of the Government, and had sent judges to boot camp.

He said Justice Chin had made serious allegations against Dr Mahathir during proceedings in an election petition in Sibu.

"However, these allegations have been made by the judge under the cloak of absolute immunity. Justice Chin should not abuse the process of court to make disclosures condemning Dr Mahathir," he added.

He said Justice Chin should be brave enough to make statements against Dr Mahathir bereft of the cloak of absolute immunity to give the former premier an opportunity to take him on in a court of law.

"Dr Mahathir has now made certain allegations against Justice Chin and called for the setting up of a tribunal against him for judicial misconduct."

"There should be no discrimination. The law is no respecter of persons," Karpal Singh said.

He said if Dr Mahathir's allegations had merit, then the necessary action should be taken against Justice Chin.

"Dr Mahathir has every right to pursue the allegations he has made."

Likewise, Karpal Singh said, the Government should not in any way act to give the perception to the public that Dr Mahathir no longer enjoyed the rights of a citizen to demand justice.

This is the first I hear Karpal talk some sense about Tun Dr. Mahathir. I always believe Karpal is allergic to these two words... 'Dr. Mahathir' and 'Islam'. You speak these words to Karpal... he will blurt out words like a madman... making no sense at all... and you sense that these two words will make Karpal's mind go haywire and full of rage. Asal sebut je dua benda ni... mesti Karpal naik 'hantu' punya...

But today... huh..? Wassap Karpal... did you hit your head somewhere last night?

Samy Vellu got a reply from Tun Dr. Mahathir

First Tun give a small nudge to Samy... I was waiting for a reply from Samy as written from my previous post 'Multi-racial Malaysia... unique with a price'.

Then came this from Samy (quoted from NST):

"Samy Vellu: Dr M failed the Indian community". Fuuhh... last time he was kissing Tun Dr. Mahathir's ass like it was blackberry cheesecake. Now?

Then Tun reply with this in his blog

"Samy's Folly". Tun knows you never like his ass (figure of speech).

Come on Samy... you go home... find a mirror and have a good look... don't blame others for your folly antics. Tun was spot on in his comments. You insist that you are the only leader for the Indians... others that are capable and educated but not incline to kow tow to you got boot out... you want example? Nah... S.Subramaniam, K. Pathmanaban, M.G Pandithan... to name a few. You wanna people think you are the only Indian hero... hello kici... even Marvel Comics got more than one hero... that is why NBC make 'Heroes' not 'Hero'. Bloody hell... don't try to divert the blame you greedy Indian. It is you who failed the Indian community.

I am waiting for Tun to spill more beans about you Samy... wallauweh... cannot wait le...

Nothing to Write... Just Tun Dr. Mahathir has 2 Million...

... hits on his blog chedet.com. In 30 days he reached a million... in less than two months... he reached two million. People still want to know what he thinks... and for him to give some whacking to the current government. Well... congrats again Tun for reaching two million. Spill some beans on the current government (like this one here) and you will reach millions more in no time ;) .

Me just reached 1k... hehehe... slow and steady.
